Applications are now closed for the 2023 Nashville International Chopin Piano Competition
-
Click through to the Nashville Chopin Acceptd landing page and login or create your account/profile to begin your application.
-
You will need the following to complete the application:
-
1-2 free-form (content at recommenders' discretion) letters of recommendation from music professionals that can be uploaded by the applicant to the Acceptd application. NOTE: If your recommender does not wish to send them to you, have them email the recommendation directly to admin@nashvillechopin.org, and upload a pdf to the Acceptd application that says "Recommendation sent directly from "name@example.com" to admin@nashvillechopin.org.
-
High-quality professional photograph.
-
YouTube or Dropbox link of audition video recording (live or studio performance within last 24 months) of recommended 12 - 20 minute length (no hard length limitations will be applied but the screening jury will choose a maximum of 20 minutes to listen to), and should include one Chopin work that will be performed if admitted to the live competition. NOTE: The screening recording does not have to be a single, unbroken session. However, if you have multiple YouTube links, please create a playlist in YouTube Studio of the different URLs as explained in this article so that you only submit one URL. If you are unable to do so, simply place commas between the different URLs and submit them all in the single link field in the application form.
