These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in events organized by Nashville International Chopin Piano Competition NPO (aka Nashville Chopin, NICPC, and Music City Chopin) ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing tickets, registering, or attending any event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Event Details and Changes
We reserve the right to modify event details, including dates, times, venues, performers, or programming, due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify ticket holders via email or our website if changes occur. In case of cancellation, we will provide refunds or alternatives at our discretion.
2. Ticket Purchases
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees. You must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian to purchase tickets. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are issued only if an event is canceled or rescheduled and we cannot accommodate you. No refunds for no-shows, partial attendance, or dissatisfaction. Exchanges may be allowed at our discretion, subject to availability.
4. Attendee Conduct Attendees must comply with all venue rules, local laws, and our guidelines. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, disruptive actions, unauthorized recording, or bringing restricted items (e.g., weapons, outside food). We reserve the right to remove violators without refund.
5. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the event, except where required by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your actions.
6. Intellectual Property
All event content, including performances and materials, is owned by us or our partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Data Collection
We collect personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to such collection.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Davidson and Williamson Counties, Tennessee, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Nashville, TN courts.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
